A client with a domiciliary and residential care business was struggling to raise any capital after a CCJ following a supplier dispute.

We looked at the strengths of the business.

This included consistent cash flows, a strong trading record and local authority clients. The CCJ was the only real issue.

As a result we concluded that the strengths far out weighed the weaknesses. Credit issued an offer for £52k over 12 months.
